‘Hollyoaks’ have announced a number of celebrity signings in recent months, but they’ve outdone themselves now, by recruiting ‘Dallas’ legend Linda Gray to join the cast.
The actress, who played Sue Ellen in the iconic show, will be playing Marnie Nightingale’s mum, Tabitha Maxwell-Brown.
It sounds as though Linda will be bringing a little bit of ‘Dallas’ glamour to the soap too.
Speaking ahead of her debut, she says: “’Hollyoaks’ viewers are going to love it when Tabby whips up a storm just like Sue Ellen did.”
In recent weeks, ‘Hollyoaks’ viewers have seen Duncan James make his soap debut, and the former Blue star has impressed fans so far.
Chelsee Healey has also joined the cast, playing a McQueen, while Lisa Maxwell is will star in the Channel 4 show later this year.
