Prime Minister David Cameron has sparked heated debated over the country's welfare system as he moves to unveil plans to slash housing benefits available to the under-25s and people with large families.
People took to Twitter on Monday morning to vent their anger at the plans, with many noting which vulnerable sections of the public would be affected by the changes.
Twitter is usually a hotspot for discussion and fiery political debate, however Cameron appears to have united users of the site against his policy.
MP Tom Watson, famed for his role in the phone hacking scandal, points out the dramatic effects the cut would have on young people with families, while others point out the hypocrisy of Cameron choosing to cut welfare after a week filled with tax avoidance stories from the likes of comedian Jimmy Carr and Take That frontman Gary Barlow.
