If you're a fan of all things super sweet, this cocktail recipe is one for you to try this weekend.
Inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the hit musical directed by Sam Mendes and based on Roald Dahl's classic novel, the experts at Sophie's cocktail bar wanted to come up with the perfect chocolate-based tipple - and this is the result.
Made with chocolate liqueur, Chambord and a couple of scoops of ice cream thrown in for good measure, it's definitely an indulgent drink but as with most treats, it tastes amazing and doubles up as a delicious summer dessert.

You will need:
50ml Mozart chocolate spirit
35ml Chambord
1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
1. Blend the ingredients above with a just dash of cream and milk.
2. Serve in a 10oz Martini glass and adorn with a few mini marshmallows on top.
