Salad dressing is great. It makes what could potentially taste bland and (dare we say it) like rabbit food, resemble something of a heavenly dream.
The only problem is, when you buy a bottle of the stuff from your local supermarket, you're at risk of using it only once or twice before it's gone past its sell-by date.
And nobody wants that.
The reality is you can make a tasty dressing for your salad at home using ingredients found in your cupboard. Which means you can spend that £2 on something a little more exciting... Like ice cream.

- Tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Teaspoon of dried dill
- Teaspoon of dried chives
- Splash of white wine vinegar
- Shot of water
- Pinch of salt
