Chopping boards, particularly wooden ones, have a habit of looking grubby after a few uses, despite how often you rinse them.
But thankfully there's an easy way to make sure those pesky food stains don't set in. All you need is salt and lemon.
First, cover the stains with the salt before chopping the lemon in half.
Then, rub the open lemon over the stains and watch as they start to disappear in front of your eyes.
Finally, rinse the board with water to leave it sparkling as good as new.
