I'm A Celebrity's female stars usually make their debut bikini outings, soaping down their nubile bodies while remaining apparently indifferent to the male interest they are inciting, just like Myleene Klass in 2006.
Unlike the jungle women who have come before her, Fatima Whitbread has been receiving male adoration for entirely different reasons.
The Olympic athlete is a whole new breed of bikini-clad jungle woman - she doesn't stand around posing and twiddling her hair; instead, she lifts logs and builds camps.
The 50-year-old - who won gold with her javelin-throwing at the 1987 World Championships - slipped into a leopard-print bikini as she lifted heavy-looking logs and exercised in her team's camp yesterday, hopefully leaving her male jungle campmates feeling highly inadequate.
McFly's Dougie Poynter was left, as he put it, "supervising", while he watched her get on with the task at hand.
Fatima took on her first challenge, dipping her head into a box of eels, to receive a star. While her teammate Antony Cotton made a fuss about cockroaches in his box, the iron woman didn't bat an eyelid.
