I'm A Celebrity runner-up Mark Wright has put a stop to speculation over his feelings for glamour model Emily Scott.
The pair had a flirtatious relationship in the jungle, but now the show is over and so, it seems, is the fledgling romance.
Mark reflected last night on the chemistry between the pair, saying "it wasn't a big deal for me," after being told Emily had admitted to a crush on him.
Unfortunately, her feelings weren't reciprocated by the former star of The Only Way Is Essex, who seems more interested in his new best friend, I'm A Celeb winner, Dougie Poynter.
Mark toldThe Sun: "Emily is a lovely person and a very pretty girl but there is no romantic interest there for me and I am not interested in starting a relationship with her.
"When you are in the jungle you have a bit of a friendly flirt but that is as far as it went.
"I am single and want to be on my own. I won't deny she is a good catch but that is not how I feel about her."
Mark, who was known as a ladies' man throughout his TOWIE tenure, insisted he hadn't been distracted in the jungle.
He said: "I didn't think about sex once. I was too hungry! People say I have a reputation as a ladies' man because of TOWIE, but they have all been my girlfriends."
The 24-year-old, who believes I'm A Celebrity will be a springboard to far bigger things, also revealed he has aspirations of making it as an actor and mainstream TV presenter.
He toldThe Mirror: "There are certainly opportunities that involve acting. I'm hoping to do some drama with one of the TOWIE producers but I've also been offered some presenting work.
"In a business sense, I knew that I'm A Celebrity would raise my profile a little bit before I do these other shows.
He added: "Eventually, I'd love to work in Hollywood - I'm not stupid enough to believe that's going to happen in the near future. But as they say, 'Reach for the skies'."
