Just because Imogen Thomas is now with child, it doesn't mean she's about to give up her lavish celeb lifestyle.
The former Big Brother contestant was spotted out on the town last night, as she dined at exclusive London restaurant Nobu Berkeley.
Imogen - who is due to give birth to her first child with boyfriend Adam Horsley in November - squeezed her growing baby bump into a tight red dress, cradling it protectively as she left the eatery with a pal.
But watching her friend being able to enjoy the restuarant's cocktails proved a painful experience for a pregnant Imogen.
"Watching @emilyjane333 drink her passionfruit martini! Oh the pain. Food has made up for it though :-) mega full xxx," she tweeted.
She told New! magazine of how she became "hysterical" believing she was losing her unborn baby.
"My first internal scan on Tuesday showed the baby was OK, thank God, but then I started bleeding again when I got home.
"I actually thought, 'This is it.' I was hysterical. I could have been losing my baby."
However, she has now been assured that her baby is fine.
