An intruder was arrested at Miley Cyrus Los Angeles home in the early hours of Saturday after emergency services were called to the property.
Police officers responded to a 911 call from the star's house in Studio City and they found a man in the bushes outside.
The intruder, named as named 40-year-old Jason Luis Rivera, reportedly scaled a fence to get into the grounds and was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
He was carrying a pair of scissors and insisted he was one of Miley's friends, reported KTLA Riviera.
Cyrus was not at home at the time of the arrest
He was taken into custody and bail was set at $1,000 (£625).
Actress/singer Cyrus is not believed to have been at home at the time of the incident.
