IPotty, IStroller, Apptivity Gym? Are We Raising A Generation Of Screen Zombie Addicts?

The iPotty sounded like one of those awful American gimmicks when it was launched earlier this year – but it's now taking off in the UK.

You can even buy this marvellous device on Amazon. In case you're wondering, it's a potty, with an iPad activity stand. Handy for those busy toddlers who need to keep in touch. You know what it's like when you're waiting for a really important email.

But seriously? An iPotty? So toddlers can play CBeebies games while they sit and wee? Can they really not be detached from gadgets at all? Do we have to bribe them with an iPad to do ANYTHING?
