Prada's Spring/Summer 2015 show is always the highlight of Milan Fashion Week, not least because it dictates what we'll be wearing next season.
From beautiful brocades and A-line coats to the gilded fabrics and patchwork prints, there was a lot to be celebrated in Miuccia Prada's latest collection - but this show has been making headlines for different reasons.
Ever since Dutch model Roos Abels made her fashion week debut on the Prada catwalk, questions around her appearance have continued to crop up. Why? Abels, who is signed to Brave Model Management, is only 14 years old.
While there are currently no laws in place to prevent girls under 16 working at Milan Fashion Week, it was a controversial move by Prada - and it's sparked yet another debate around age in the fashion industry.
In 2011, Diane Von Furstenberg raised similar questions when she hired 15-year-old Hailey Clauson to walk in her New York Fashion Week show. This went against guidelines written by the Council of Fashion Designers of America which suggest models must be at least 16 years old. As Furstenberg is president of this group, hiring Clauson didn't exactly go down well.
Fashionista reports Furstenberg has since stated "any model walking in the Diane von Furstenberg runway will have shown i.d. prior to the show," and in London, the Association of Model Agents has also pledged not to hire models under 16.
"All AMA members have voluntarily undertaken, due to the inherent extra pressures and long hours involved, not to present any models under the age of 16 for shows taking place during London Fashion Week in February & September each year," their website states.
Yet high-profile designers continue to make exceptions to this.
Some say Micuccia Prada is simply launching Roos' career (she's already tipped to be the next big thing in the modelling) and after all, what better place to begin than the Prada catwalk?
But no matter how big an achievement this is, 14 is an incredibly young age to start working. Isn't it time Milan followed New York and London's lead and waited two more years before they pick their next muse?
