Jay-Z has thrown a huge party at his 40/40 nightclub in New York to welcome his two-week-old baby Blue Ivy Carter into the world.
The rapper invited his celeb pals such as Alicia Keys and Sean 'Diddy' Combs to join him in raising a glass to his baby daughter after laying on a tower of £300-a-bottle Armand de Brignac champagne.
Only the best to celebrate a superstar's new baby!
According to the Daily Mirror, a source said: "All that preparation must have been thirsty work - judging from the champagne tower Jay laid on. Nothing like that has ever been created before."
The source added: "It was a bit OTT but he's mad about his daughter. There's nothing he wouldn't do for her. You'd expect nothing less from the richest man in rap."
The bash had a blue theme to match his daughter's name and guests tucked into 40/40 nachos, Baja tacos and buffalo wings with 'Blue Ivy' cheese sauce.
Unsurprisingly, new mum Beyonce decided to give the party a miss and stayed at home with her new arrival whilst Jay-Z enlisted a crew of security to watch over his revamped club.
The source said: "Everyone was on tenterhooks wondering if Bey would turn up. No wonder security was tight. A lot of money has been pumped into Jay's club, with state of the art 165in video screens, and they weren't about to take any risks with gate-crashers."
