Justin Bieber is now officially the King of Twitter.
The tween pop minstrel recently took the number one spot in the list of most-followed accounts.
His 33,323,492 followers as of press time eclipse the mere 33,321,510 held by Lady Gaga.
Bieber's followers - known as Beliebers - celebrated the victory in the only way they know how - with exclamation points and requests for retweets:
Whereas Gaga's 'Little Monsters' weren't as pleased.
Bieber became only the second person ever to reach 20 million followers back in April, but was still two million followers behind Gaga at that point.
Mediabistro reports that gap had closed to a million by November, and now the Beliebers have made a final push to take him over the top.
