In the latest set of snaps released by Miami Beach Police Department, 20-year-old Justin reveals a number of distinctive tatts, including his full arm sleeve and a roman numeral inking of his mother's birth year.

And, in another biblical nod, Justin has Psalm 119:105 inked on his right shoulder.
