The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton is thought to have made a purchase on Amazon like some kind of normal person!
According to Elle Decor, Kate has reportedly been doing some last-minute online shopping for Prince George's first birthday on Tuesday.
Eagle-eyed intern Irina who was processing an Amazon order for Jupiduu - a German company that makes little wooden slides for toddlers - when she noticed the shipping address read Kensington Palace. Cue major freak out in the Jupiduu office!
"Thank goodness Irina, our intern, became a little bit suspicious when she was processing the order," founder and managing director Ken Buschmann to Elle Decor.
According to the report the order for a £160 blue side was placed on Amazon's UK site under the name of Prince George's nanny, but everyone's choosing to believe Kate had a hand in it too.
Team her latest purchase with the fact she recycles outfits a million and one times and she's pretty much mortal like the rest of us, right?
Unsurprisingly the slide company wasted no time in broadcasting their discovery. And if the Prince George effect is anything to go by, the German-based slide maker will be flooded with orders.
"We are delighted to honour this order," Buschmann said. "We are sure that George will have lots of fun with his blue slide, the 'Blue Whale,' and of course we will go out of our way with the royal gift wrapping. We also want to enclose a thank you letter asking for a photo of little George with his new slide."
