As if she won't be dazzling enough with (surely) a precisely-planned glittering wardrobe, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, will also be taking a number of pieces from the priceless royal jewellery collection for extra wow factor on her trip Down Under.
She will reportedly pick a piece for every occasion, including visiting the Maori King and attending the races in Sydney during her April trip.
A source told the Mirror: "It's a landmark trip for her, her first trip to Australia and New Zealand, countries which are extremely important to the Queen and Commonwealth.
"Significantly, it's also her first royal tour as a mother, and the fact they are taking Prince George will attract huge interest.
"It's fitting that she will use the opportunity to show off some of the royal family's jewellery - particularly pieces that have links to the countries she is visiting."
One piece she is hotly tipped to wear is the Australian wattle brooch, which the Queen wore when she visited the country in 2011.
The wattle is the floral emblem of Australlia, and the brooch is made up of yellow and white diamonds. It was a gift to to the Queen from the Australian people during her Commonwealth tour back in 1954 and is reportedly a highly prized piece to Her Majesty.
Kate started as she means to go on when she borrowed the priceless Nizam of Hyderabad necklace from the Queen for the Portrait Gala 2014, that was given to Her Majesty as a gift when she married in November 1947.
She might have access to jewellery worth eye-watering amounts of cash, but the Duchess also loves a (relative) bargain. She was recently spotted wearing a personalised Prince George necklace, which she snapped up for an affordable £89.
But back to those crown jewels - it sounds like a terrible job, but someone's got to do it...
