The duchess is heading to Downton!
Kensington Palace has confirmed the Duchess of Cambridge will visitDownton Abbey on Thursday 12 March. The cast and crew of the hit ITV drama will host Kate at Ealing Studios where she'll receive a tour of the show's set.
It's likely to be Kate's final royal engagement before she welcomes her second baby, due in April. And as the Palace helpfully highlights in the tweet below, it's also the perfect opportunity to use the phrase #DuchessAtDownton.
Of course, everyone knows the royal couple are big fans of the show. Prince William told Allen Leech, who plays Branson, that he started watching it after Prince George was born and he chatted to Downton's executive producer Gareth Neame at a reception in New York in December.
"He said that he was really looking forward to the episode that we run on Christmas Day, which is the season finale," Naeme said in a interview with Vanity Fair. "So we know that William and Kate are fans."
No doubt Kate will be display more excellent maternity style as she meets Lord and Lady Grantham.
