Who better to front Elle's September issue than model of the moment Kate Upton? Photographed by Matt Jones, she flaunts her infamous pins and poses in top-to-toe Prada for the cover shot.
September's fashion issue is all about showcasing the Autumn/Winter 2014 trends and Kate models pieces from all the big names including Christopher Kane, Dior, Alaïa, Chloé and Burberry collections. Think total bombshell.
"When I first started modelling, I was a normal catalogue model," Kate tells the magazine when discussing body image.
"Then, I became a woman, and I was really excited about becoming a woman. Because I'm from Florida, it's all about being in bathing suits. It's a different view of beauty there. You are ugly if you don't have a curvy body. And I didn't have one, and then I got one, and thought, "Yessss!"'
"And then people say: "Oh, wow, you're healthy" and you're like, "Wait – what? I've been begging for this body my whole life!"'
Yes, Upton has a killer figure and while she's all about modelling the latest in beachwear for those Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issues, the 22-year-old model can definitely do A/W high fashion too.
