Yup, KJ has swapped the fashion of the red carpet/polo field/stage for some altogether more dressed down clobber. Running gear, to be more specific.
The 33-year-old Welsh warbler was spotted on a run around Richmond Park on Monday, sporting headphones, a grey vest and some very nice pink running shorts. In fact, we'd go as far to say that we'd happily wear a similar style to trot round our local green space.
Katherine, who completed the London Marathon in April, is clearly a fan of long-distance running but what we want to know is this - how does she manage to look so pristine (no sweat, not a hair out of place, hot - in a good way)? We need answers. And those shorts.
