PRESS ASSOCIATION -- Katherine Jenkins has implored fans not to buy a new compilation album of her songs called One Fine Day.
The Welsh classical songstress used her Twitter account to reveal her frustrations with her former record label Universal and their third release, reported Wales Online.
"Just heard that Universal @DeccaRecords are putting out YET ANOTHER compilation album of my music called One Fine Day," she wrote.
"Considering that I haven't recorded 4 them since 2008, there is NO new music & it's stuff u already have. Don't want u 2 feel conned," she added.
Katherine - who is engaged to fellow Welsh Gethin Jones - instead told fans to consider her forthcoming record, Daydream, which does feature new music and is also released on the same day, October 10.
"The NEW album featuring all newly recorded tracks (out on Warner Bros) is called Daydream. Make sure you get the right one!" she tweeted.
A Decca spokesman told the Western Mail: "Decca is delighted to be releasing a new collection of favourite Katherine Jenkins songs this autumn, coupled with a special bonus DVD, to celebrate her extraordinary ongoing career and artistic progression."
