After giving their looks the MyDaily once over, we can't decide if their couple style is plain boring or sensibly chic.
Holmes, who let's be honest, is pretty good at playing it safe when it comes to fashion, donned a navy dress from her Holmes & Yang collection teamed with satin pumps. However, on closer inspection, perhaps this outfit isn't so boring after all - yes this polka dot design is pretty, but is that a bra we can see on show?
As for Cruise, he stuck to a suave suit and tie for his red carpet moment. We can't imagine he'll be following in the footsteps of Robert Downey Jr and his dip-dye shoes anytime soon...
