Katie Price has said reports that her newborn baby was born two weeks premature are inaccurate.
The Mirror reported that Katie wrote on Twitter yesterday (August 11):
"Just for the record dailymail got all info wrong about our baby she is very premature and don't appreciate lies at this very sensitive time."
Katie, 36, has since deleted the tweet, but she went on to discuss the inaccuracies with her followers on Twitter.
Katie gave birth to her fifth child - a daughter - last week, on August 4.
It was widely believed that the baby was two weeks premature, after reports circulated that Katie was scheduled to have an elective caesarean on August 15.
Katie had revealed on her Fubar radio show in July that she was booked in to have an elective caesarean.
However, she didn't confirm the date of the operation.
The baby, whose name has not yet been released, is Katie's fifth child. She is already mum to Harvey, 12, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, Junior, nine, and Princess, seven, with ex-husband Peter Andre, and one-year-old Jett with Kieran Hayler.
Jett was also born prematurely - arriving eight weeks before his due date in August 2013.
