Dan Bilzerian, AKA 'the king of Instagram', has been reportedly banned from a Miami nightclub for "kicking a woman in the face" during a brawl.
Bilzerian - a millionaire venture capitalist and poker player, who has more than 5.8 million Instagram followers - was caught on camera in LIV Nightclub in Miami lashing out at the woman.
Writer Nik Richie, who captured the incident, posted the video to Instagram with the following caption: "He got kicked out of a famous Miami nightclub last night for assaulting a woman. This idiot kicked a woman in the face like it was no big deal. It's sad when you think you're invincible to society."
But instead of denying allegations, Richie claims that Bilzerian has tried to "justify his actions" in a comment on the original video (which, Richie claims, was swiftly deleted).
"Actually 2 girls attacked a girl I was with to the point they gave her a black eye and threw her off the table and went after her, b/c they wanted to get closer to me,” Bilzerian writes.
“I know girls never fight over you b/c you’re a loser and everyone hates you, and nobody wants to f*** you, but how about you get you [sic] facts straight instead of publishing nonsense like your garbage website.”
But according to an exclusive interview with The Dirty, the victim tells a different story.
“There were two girls standing next to me at the table that were fighting. People started getting shoved and I tried to separate them. Then Dan pushed me both off the banquette and once I fell he kicked me in the face.
"I wanted to file a police report and EMT checked my face I was bleeding from my eye but I felt fine and at that point I just wanted to go home. I really didn’t see how serious it was until I watched the video for myself. I’m lucky that the injuries weren’t worse."
She adds: "I did nothing to deserve that kick to head, I am gonna go ahead pursue legal action against him.”
But kicking a woman in the face appears to be just the tip of the iceberg. A quick scroll through Bilzerian's Instagram throws up images of women's arses with the words "property of DB" written on them - and that's just the beginning.
