A male model who claimed he is the father of Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason isn't giving up - he's now insisting the results of a DNA test that proves Kourtney's partner Scott Disick is Mason's dad could have been 'fixed'.
Michael Girgenti says he had unprotected sex with Kourtney nine months before Mason's birth three years ago. He subsequently began a paternity lawsuit to gain shared custody of Mason.
Kourtney had hotly denied the model's allegations, branding them 'lies' and saying she had only ever met Michael 'briefly at a photo shoot'.
The Daily Mail reports that Girgenti 'appeared to not have accepted the results of the test as conclusive' and is continuing with his legal action.
His spokesperson said they do not trust the outcome of the test, and that they are 'still going to court to fight for court ordered results.'
Girgenti had previously written to Kourtney and begged her to submit to a DNA test to avoid dragging her and her partner Scott to court.
Kourtney and Scott also have a 13-month-old daughter together, Penelope.
