Kristen Stewart has offered her hot take on the Hollywood gender pay gap, and it varies somewhat from what her fellow actresses have been saying lately.

The former ‘Twilight’ actress has admitted she feels “bored” by the ongoing debate about women not being paid as much as their male counterparts for film roles, insisting that the females involved should “do something about it”.

Other women in Hollywood have taken a different approach to Kristen, doing what they can to raise awareness of the gender gap issue.

Jennifer Lawrence, for example, penned a piece about it for Lena Dunham's email newsletter, which came out after leaked emails from Sony executives revealed she was earning less money than her male co-stars in ‘American Hustle’.

"I failed as a negotiator because I gave up early… But if I’m honest with myself, I would be lying if I didn’t say there was an element of wanting to be liked that influenced my decision to close the deal without a real fight. I didn’t want to seem ‘difficult’ or ‘spoiled’.”
