A Lego model of the Queen - complete with a crown featuring 48 real diamonds - is set to be placed on display in Manchester.

The brick Elizabeth II is depicted in a traditional white dress with blue sash.

The model will be on display at Legoland in Windsor (May 25-27) and the Discovery Centre in Manchester (May 31-2 June).

It has been made to celebrate 60 years since the Queen's coronation in 1953.

The tiny model is just 10 centimetres high, and stands next to a little Duke of Edinburgh, Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, along with other royals.

The model was originally unveiled in 2012 as part of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
