Lily Allen 'Sheezus': Model Jourdan Dunn Blasts Singer On Twitter Over New Song 'Insincerely Yours' Lyrics

Jourdan Dunn Is NOT Happy With Lily Allen

It was only a matter of time before Lily Allen rubbed somebody up the wrong way with the lyrics on her latest album ‘Sheezus’, and it seems the first big name that she’s upset is model Jourdan Dunn.

In ‘Insincerely Yours’, one of the songs on the new album, Lily sings about how she’s done with the party scene she used to be a part of, and is no longer interested in fame or celebrity culture.

She is heard singing: “I don’t give a f*** about Delevingne, or that Rita Girl, about Jourdan Dunn.

“I don't give a f*** about your Instagram, about your lovely house or your ugly kids."

While she recently told Popjustice she intended to write the celebrities name-dropped in the song a letter, explaining she didn’t mean to offend them with the lyrics - “Delevingne rhymes with magazine”, she protested - we suspect they might have been lost in the mail, because Jourdan Dunn has now heard the track and she is not happy.

Taking to her Twitter page on Thursday, Jourdan - who has a four-year-old son - wrote:

Lily quickly responded, explaining that the “ugly kids” line was actually a reference to an earlier Twitter row with rapper Azealia Banks, who described Lily’s kids as “ugly” and said her husband “looks like a thumb”:

Unimpressed with Lily’s explanation, Jourdan fired back:

Lily recently said in an interview she now regrets getting into an infamous feud with Cheryl Cole earlier in on her career, which was ignited over a track she released as the b-side to her debut single ‘Smile’ called 'Cheryl Tweedy'.

Meanwhile, she recently took to her Twitter to explain that the title track from her new album - which contains references to Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, among others - was not intended as a "diss" to those artists.

She also said that a performance she gave at G-A-Y over the weekend where she dressed up as Beyoncé and lip-synced to her hit 'Drunk In Love' was intended to pay tribute to the diva, rather than make fun of her.

‘Insincerely Yours’ is just one of the tracks on Lily’s forthcoming album ‘Sheezus’, which is released on Monday, May 5.
