The family of a 15-year-old girl who died after a PE lesson have paid tribute to a "wonderful daughter".
In a statement, her family said: "Lily was a wonderful daughter and much-loved sister, niece, granddaughter, and friend to many.
"We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and the response of our local community.
"Her sudden loss is a terrible pain for us all to bear.
"We would be very grateful if the general public would allow us some time to grieve privately."
The ambulance service was called at 2.30pm on Monday, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Headteacher Keith Penn said the school community was "shocked and deeply saddened" by Webster's death.
“Popular, active, bright and with a very wide circle of friends, Lily will be desperately missed by students and staff at the school and all those who know her.
“All our thoughts and prayers are with her family and close friends at this time.”
A Facebook group has been set up in memory of the schoolgirl with one girl writing "The good are always taken too early sleep well lily xxx".
Another tribute said simply: "RIP Lily. Heaven has gained another Angel".
The leisure centre is operated by the SLM Community Leisure Charitable Trust on behalf of the owner, Mid Suffolk District Council.
A council spokeswoman said the Health and Safety Executive had been informed and the authority is awaiting a decision on any investigation, the Press Association reports.
