The 12 contestants taking part in the new series of ‘Love Island’ have been revealed, ahead of the launch show this weekend.

Caroline Flack will be presenting the brand new series, which last aired in 2006, and has admitted that she’s got high hopes for the serious, claiming: “I want a wedding! And babies! I definitely think that’s possible.”

The new series will see 12 single ‘contributors’ living together in a villa in Mallorca with the hopes of finding love and romance in the summer sun, although judging from the newly-unveiled lineup, we think there’s a high chance that there’ll be a huge dose of drama on the way too.
Among them are the usual bunch of budding professors, philosophers and great political thinkers.
Just kidding, obviously. One of them says he “knows the ‘Geordie Shore’ boys” and another says her claim to fame is being Linford Christie’s niece.
Oh, and then there's Lauren Richardson, who famously spent some time with Zayn Malik during a recent trip to Thailand.
