A 33-year-old man arrested in Leeds last month on suspicion of right-wing terror offences has been charged, police said.
Pawal Golaszewski has been charged with six counts of possession a document or record containing information of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
His arrest came as part of an investigation into suspected “extreme right-wing” activity, Counter Terrorism Policing North East said.
He was arrested on February 23 in Leeds and will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
At the time of the arrest, police sought to reassure the man’s local community after an increased presence from officers.
