A man is due to appear in court charged with the murder of a 60-year-old man.

Scotland Yard said Patrick Dunn, 24, of no fixed abode, is to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court charged with murder and grievous bodily harm.

Keith Sinclair, of Bow, east London, died after being found with stab injuries, inside a flat in Bow Common Lane.

Police had been called on Sunday at around 11.20pm to reports of an injured man in Bow Common Lane.

They initially found a 54-year-old man suffering a head injury and a stab wound whose condition was described as stable and not life-threatening.

Before going to hospital, he indicated that Mr Sinclair was seriously injured inside a flat.

Officers gave him first aid until the London Ambulance Service arrived but Mr Sinclair was pronounced dead at the scene at 12.06am on Monday.

Scotland Yard said a 41-year-old woman who was also arrested on Thursday on suspicion of murder and has been bailed pending further inquiries.
