A ‘Friends’ fan taught us all a thing about romance, when he proposed to his girlfriend in Monica and Chandler’s apartment.
The touching moment took place in almost the exact same spot where Chandler proposed to Monica in the hit TV series.
Fans of the show Krunal Desai and Radha Patel have been together for 11 years so, for Desai, there was no better place to pop the question.
He asked the people behind Comedy Central’s FriendsFest, which is taking place in London, whether he could have private access to the set so he could ask his girlfriend to marry him.
He then got down on one knee and, with a huge smile on her face, Patel said yes.
Desai told Hello! magazine: “We both absolutely love ‘Friends’, and Radha can’t go to sleep without watching the show.
“We even had a short break in our relationship, leading people to call us the real-life Ross and Rachel.”
We think this is a match made in heaven. Congratulations both!
