As love letters go, this scribbled note from a husband is not going to set the world – or his wife's heart - alight.
Until you read it in its entirety that is.
The note from 'Max' to his wife reads like the start of a bad Rom Com. It seems to say he is walking out on his marriage after a particularly bad meal cooked by his wife, 'Stefanie'.
But, luckily, Stefanie discovered the second half of her husband's note, pieced it together and all became clear – it's a LOVE letter. Not a letter of despair.
Oh Max, what a lol! I'm sure she really appreciated it.
The note – the whole note – was shared online by a Reddit user, who posted the letter with the line: "My newly-wed friend left this for his wife."
What a treat. A few dead flowers next time?
