Michelle Mone, the Ultimo bra Lingerie tycoon, and her husband are to separate, lawyers said today.
A statement released through law firm Harper Macleod said the split is "amicable" and that no other parties are involved.
Mrs Mone, from Glasgow, is the creator of the Ultimo bra and co-founder of MJM International with her husband.
Last year the mother-of-three was presented with an OBE for services to the lingerie industry.
The statement released through lawyers said: "It is with regret that we intimate that Mr Michael J Mone & Mrs Michelle G Mone OBE have decided to separate. There are no other parties involved and the split is amicable.
"Michael and Michelle's focus will be the welfare of their children, which is their main priority.
"They will continue to work together in their business MJM International. This is a private matter and they would appreciate their privacy and that of their family being respected at this difficult time."
Mrs Mone ranks among the UK's most successful businesswomen and her designs can be found in department stores worldwide.
Model Helena Christensen, ex-Spice Girl Mel B and model and actress Kelly Brook have all appeared in advertising campaigns.
