Disadvantaged pupils who switch schools mid-year may 'fall between the cracks' claims the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).
Research undertaken by the society also suggests that mid-year school admissions may rise as cuts to public spending and benefits prompt cash-strapped families to move to cheaper areas.
