Mollie King, is that you? The Saturdays singer ditched her usual girlie style for grown-up glamour at the 2013 Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards at Claridge's Hotel on Tuesday night.
Instead of her flirty skirts and shorts combos, she donned a sophisticated houndstooth-print Gucci pencil dress for the bash, adding a hint of sexiness with a plunging mesh-front panel - sans bra.
The blonde star paired the look with a sleek high bun and strappy black heels.
But, while we appreciate the nod to sexy librarian chic, we can't help but feel it left Mol looking a little, well, frumpy. Perhaps if the skirt was more fitted it would be more age-appropriate.
Mollie rubbed shoulders with a host of stars at the bash, not least Victoria Beckham, who couldn't stop showing off her date, son Brooklyn.
