Nicole Richie is known for amazing show-stopping style and trend-starting looks. But when she arrived to host the launch of Styletag in New York we were left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
We love monochrome... but the combination of a black ribbed high-neck jumper and a floating white maxi skirt - well it left us a little unsure.

While the ensembles was slightly off mark, Nicole's hair was pretty fab!! She wore her locks up in a milkmaid style plaited do.
Nicole was cracking jokes on her Twitter account earlier in the week when she ran into her dad Lionel at a party in Miami. And Lionel was certainly flashing a little skin!
She said: "Nothing's worse than running into your ex at a party... Until you run into your dad at a party...... in Miami."
