Naomi Campbell is currently in Sydney promoting the Australian version of her talent programme, The Face.
While there, she was honoured at a Japanese Tea ceremony held to acknowledge her donation to help with the post-tsunami rebuild at the Consulate General of Japan. Her charity work is something to be very proud of but, unfortunately, her strange-sleeved outfit wasn't.
BUT, just when we were scratching our heads and wondering what had happened to the usually spot-on star, she went and totally redeemed herself later on by switching in to a fabulous wine-coloured cowl-necked caped gown for a photo call for The Face of Australia.
She posed up a storm next to designer Zac Posen as her huge train floated behind her (wind machine hiding around the corner, anyone?).
She wore her fringed locks straight and ultra-long, and basically ruled the roost.
