Day six of New York Fashion Week brought us the Autumn/Winter collections from the likes of Marchesa, Anna Sui, J. Mendel and Proenza Schouler. Just a quiet day on the catwalk, then.
After a series of dreamy dresses from Oscar de la Renta on Wednesday, Marchesa continued the fairytale theme with plenty more red carpet-worthy gowns. No doubt the cerise style stole the show, but Jourdan Dunn in that black and gold embroidered design had to be one of the best moments of the week.
Karlie Kloss hit the catwalk over at Anna Sui, where Sixties styles in jewel colours were worn with knee-high socks and berets - the perfect antithesis to Proenza Schouler's head-to-toe leather in grey and lavender tones.
