A 20-year-old man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed during a fight at a Cineworld in Nottingham city centre, police have said.
A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harmand a 23-year-old man for possession of a bladed article.
Nottinghamshire Police were called at 8.17pm on Sunday and a cordon has been set up inside the cinema while police continue attempt to establish the circumstances of the incident.
The man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Superintendent Ross Cooke of Nottinghamshire Police said: “This was an isolated incident and there is not believed to be any wider risk to any members of the public.”
Additional officers will also be on patrol in the city centre to provide reassurance to the public.
