While it was reported at the time that Ola’s entire career could have potentially been threatened by her accident, she has now said on Twitter that her physiotherapy sessions are going well, and she’s scheduled to go under the knife on Tuesday.

She also praised her husband, fellow dancer and ex-‘Celebrity Big Brother’ housemate James Jordan, for helping her through her recovery, even going as far as calling him her “angel”.

Ola was forced to miss the final two weeks of last year’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ group dances because of her severe injuries, with ‘The Jump’ due to air later this month without her involvement.

It is not yet known if producers intend to replace Ola, as they did with celebrities on last year’s series who were forced to pull out.

However, Ola isn’t the only one in the Jordan household who’s feeling under the weather, after James was rushed into hospital over Christmas, after reportedly complaining of chest pains and collapsing at their house in Kent.
