Parking Douche, a new app for Android phones, is naming and shaming Moscow's worst parkers and sharing their awful parking attempts with their friends and neighbours online.
When the app is downloaded, users can snap shot of poor parking, upload it to Parking Douche , then the shot gets shared online on The Village, with people near where the shot was taken.
The company can do this by geo-locating IP addresses, embarrassing the shoddy parkers by exposing them to their friends, colleagues or neighbours.
Ads will pop up featuring the douchey parking on Moscow news site The Village.
