Dear readers, we're impressed. Very impressed. We also feel a little bit sick. And we imagine you'll have much the same reaction after seeing this awesome Halloween food sculpture of the human intestines by the hugely talented Jessy Ellenberger:

The ingredients? Three packs of puff pastry and an egg for the torso base; 16oz white bean dip for one lung; 16oz hummus for the other lung; pate for the liver; two packs of smoked salmon for the subcutaneous muscle; two packs of cream cheese and some grated Cheddar for the stomach; a beetroot for the heart; a tiny pickle for the gallbladder; and a nice piece of salami for the colon:
