After years of being at each other's throats, have Piers Morgan and Jeremy Clarkson finally buried the hatchet?
If this chummy looking photo of the pair is anything to go by then we think they might have called a truce.
Piers Morgan tweeted this photo of him with Jeremy Clarkson
Piers Morgan uploaded the snap to Twitter, which he captioned 'Peace', although he did later retweet the same snap with the message 'alcohol was consumed', so we might have to wait a few hours more before we know for certain if the new BFFs are in it for the long run.
And the only response from Jeremy on the snap so far has been a retweet of his daughter Emily's reaction to the pic.
She took to Twitter to re-post the picture along with the message: "There has been a serious disruption in the force."
It was only last year that Piers told Radio 4's Today programme how much he loathed the 'Top Gear' presenter.
"With the likes of Jeremy Clarkson it is pure war," he said. "There is not a single friendly bone in either of our bodies towards one another."
Despite sharing many similarities - TV careers, columnists, egos - both men have been at each other's throats for over a decade, with each claiming to be more successful than the other.
Their fall-out can be traced back to 2000, when, as editor of The Mirror, Piers published snaps claiming to show Jeremy in an embrace with TV producer Elaine Bedell.
Ever since, the two have been exchanging insults, usually in public forums thanks to Twitter, with put-downs ranging from 'What a monumental **** this man is. I cannot wait for the day he goes to prison' to 'you punch like a muscle-depleted chihuahua, you gnarled old fool.'
And as recently as last week, Piers couldn't resist rubbing in the fact that he had been ranked the 8th most influential person on Twitter - 30 places higher than Jeremy.
"Hi mate hope you’re OK. Must be a difficult day. Thoughts with you," he tweeted.
Over to you Jeremy...
