Hmmm, how to make it clear you'd REALLY like to appear on Saturday night prime-time TV? Drop a HUGE hint in your national newspaper column, a la Pippa Middleton.
In her most recent Daily Telegraph update, the royal-in-law revealed that she learned to flamenco dance, taking lessons in London, to impress her guests at her 30th birthday celebrations in September.
After deciding on her "Spanish theme", she wrote: "The pièce de résistance will be ME! I'm going to learn flamenco and surprise my guests with a star turn."
And learn it she did. Apparently, it all went spiffingly, with friends and family "suitably impressed".
At the end of her column, Pip wrote: "Learning flamenco has inspired me – think Dirty Dancing. I'm working on the merengue, the cha-cha, and of course the lift, Johnny and Baby style.
"Good practice in case I'm ever asked on Strictly ... Now that would be fun!"
Erm, big hint, much? We actually think she'd be a brilliant contestant - but would her bottom just steal the limelight? *royal wedding deja vu*
