Detectives investigating the attempted murder and serious sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman have released chilling CCTV footage of the attack.
The teenager was waiting at a bus stop when she was dragged into a garden and viciously assaulted by the man who repeatedly struck her over the head with a rock.
She suffered serious head injuries and suffered a broken hip.
The edited footage has been released with the consent of the victim and her family as part of an ongoing appeal for any information that could help identify the suspect.

The attack took place near a bus stop in Beeston Road, near the junction with Tempest Road, in Leeds, at about 10.50pm on March 6.
It is thought the man is of Pakistani or Middle Eastern origin and he described as being in his early 20s, slim, and with a receding black hair line.
He was wearing dark clothing and possibly a light blue hooded sweatshirt.
In the footage, which does not show the more graphic and disturbing moments of the attack, the victim can be seen struggling with her attacker before being left for dead.
The suspect is then seen calmly walking away from the scene as the victim lies motionless.
Detective Superintendent Nick Wallen, of West Yorkshire Police Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said the force had thought long and hard about releasing the "dramatic" footage, but that they had spoken to the victim whose "express wish" was for it to be made public.
He added: "We felt it was important to give people a first-hand insight into the nature of this offence in the hope it will encourage them to think very carefully about anything they may have seen in the area around the time or if they have any suspicions about someone they know."
Mr Wallen said that although the video is not of sufficient quality to directly identify the suspect, it is hoped that his build or movement will be recognised by someone.
Detectives have been trawling through CCTV in the area and say that it is clear from the footage that there were a number of people around at the time of the attack.
They are keen to trace one woman who was seen boarding a number one bus bound for Leeds and man who was with her, as well as another man was seen running along Beeston Road and onto Parkfield Avenue.
