Prince is on course to dominate this week's UK album chart, following his death last week.
The late singer is currently holding all top five positions in the midweek chart, early sales figures have revealed.
His 2001 greatest hits collection, 'The Very Best Of' is at the number one spot, with 15 more of his albums on course to appear within the top 100.
Another retrospective 'Ultimate' is at two, with 'Purple Rain', 'The Hits/The B-Sides' and 'Sign O' The Times' completing the top five.
On the singles chart, 'Purple Rain' is currently at number two, with 'When Doves Cry' also at six.
Four other of his hits are also on course to chart in the top 100, with more than three million of his songs and albums also having been bought in the US since his death.
Prince was found dead at his Paisley Park estate in Minnesota last Thursday (21 April), at the age of 57.
He has since been cremated following a private ceremony, where only family and close friends attended.
His sister has also revealed he did not prepare a will prior to his death.
Court documents show that his only sibling Tyka Nelson has petitioned for a special administrator to oversee the singer’s estate.
It is unknown exactly how much the star was worth, but his property alone is said to be valued at $27m (£18m).
