Princess Beatrice looked like a veritable Hollywood star as she stepped out in a daring, trendy tuxedo dress at a gala at the V&A museum to celebrate the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibition.
The princess struck the perfect balance between fashion-forward and sexy as well as sophisticated and elegant in her Alexander McQueen creation.
The dress featured a thigh-high split, a daring stye not often seen on a royal, but the look was kept chic with 50s Hollywood styling, including perfectly polished curls, smoky eyes, a bright red lip, and a diamante cuff and bow in her hair.
The outfit was finished with a trendy pair of laser-cut stilettos. And we think it might be the best Bea has ever looked.
Running from 14 March to 2 August 2015 at the V&A Museum, the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty exhibition will be the first and largest retrospective of Lee McQueen's work to be presented in Europe, celebrating the extraordinary creative talent of one of the most innovative designers of recent times.
The V&A says: "Spanning his 1992 MA graduate collection to his unfinished A/W 2010 collection, McQueen's designs will be presented with the dramatic staging and sense of spectacle synonymous with his runway shows.
"The original version of Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York in 2011 was organised by the Costume Institute and became one of the museum's top 10 most visited exhibitions."
Other stars at the glamorous bash included Victoria Beckham, who worked a dramatically different makeup style for the occasion, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, and Salma Hayek.
