Ermahgerd!!! Fashion designer David Emanuel has been confirmed as a contestant on ITV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here. The 60-year-old - who designed Princess Diana's wedding dress when she married Prince Charles in 1981 - was spotted as he touched down in Australia on Sunday morning.
Speaking to journalists at the airport David confessed he was most looking forward to doing the infamous Bushtucker Trials and was keen to meet some fellow celebrity divas.
"I actually fancy trying the bug-eating trial," the dress maker admitted. "What's the worst thing I've put in my mouth? I've never had a kangaroo's penis, testicles or anus in my mouth, so it's all to be seen. What's the worse you can do? Vomit." Um, too much information perhaps Dave.
David - who has also dressed the likes of Madonna, Shirley Bassey and Joan Collins - added: "I can handle anyone because I'm used to dealing with divas. I dress divas. And I deal with divas all the time, so I can cope with woman.
"I'm not sure about the guys. We'll have to see about them. It's going to be exciting. I'd like there to be larger than life characters in the jungle with me. I have designed for larger than life characters, so give me a diva."
