WHERE? At the premiere of her new concert film, Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood on 26 June
WHAT? We're not sure how long this phase of improved dressing will last from Katy, but lately we've been rather impressed with her pretty dress choices (which are simple and elegant rather than kooky or Goth-y). After rocking Temperley florals on Jimmy Kimmel the other night, Katy stepped out in this lovely red velvet strapless prom dress by Dolce & Gabbana for the premiere of her new film, accessorized with matching red heels.
And even though the purple hair's back, we're glad she's gone Old Hollywood glam with the styling instead of dark and broody like before.
